We’ll begin with gentle breath awareness and grounding belly breathing to settle the nervous system and open the lungs. You’ll set a personal intention, and we’ll tune into the energetic theme of the session.
From there, we move into the Cleansing + Activation phase, where dynamic breath practices like Bellows Breath, 3-Part Breath, or Kapalbhati help move stuck energy, release tension, and ignite your inner fire.
This builds momentum and opens the path to your Bliss State — a space of deep calm, clarity, and connection. Here, you’ll be guided through slower, nourishing breath patterns like Ujjayi, circular breath, or blow breath to help you fully receive and integrate the transformation.We close with a peaceful meditation, followed by a moment of gratitude — for your breath, your body, and the practice you’ve just experienced.
