Slow Flow Hip Yoga is a mindful, all-levels yoga class that combines gentle, flowing movements with intentional breathwork and meditation, while concentrating on hips. This practice encourages a slower, more intentional pace, allowing you to build strength, improve flexibility, and find balance while staying connected to your breath. Each class offers a blend of movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness to support relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
