Biography

Yoga, for me, is a profound practice that unites the mind, body, and soul, guiding us toward a higher version of ourselves. Through breath, movement, and mindfulness, we can clear distractions, release negativity, and cultivate strength, flexibility, pure divine love, and inner peace.

I specialize in Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa Flow, creating practices that encourage deep connection and self discovery. My goal is for students to feel relaxed, refreshed, and more in tune with their bodies and mind. I hope to inspire them to cherish and care for themselves, and foster a mindset of growth, positivity, and self-love.

I am a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, CPR-certified, and hold a Backcountry Emergency Medicine certification, along with a degree in Food and Nutrition. In the future, I aspire to teach Hot Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga practices, lead guided meditations, host ceremonies, and explore the healing power of sound baths.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, I welcome you to join me in moving with intention, finding balance, and embracing the journey within.
